I'm confused - are you trying to put ajax4jsf-1.1.x.jar in server/default/lib (DON'T do this) or in the WEB-INF/lib of your war project or in the WEB-INF/lib of your war inside a ear?
The booking example in 1.3ALPHA demonstrates correct packaging for a Seam application using ajax4jsf running in AS 4.2.0.GA - give that a go and see if it works. Use seam-gen to set up an ajax4jsf enabled project.

No, theres no way to show this on the diagram, but like you said, it is done using a fork and a join, but... no the normal fork that comes with jbpm, you need to create your own implementation with a node.
I have in an application this, but I did not code it so I can't hand it to you, but let me ask the programer if theres no problem with posting it.
Also you can look in google for an implementation of the fork done by "Alfresco Content Manager" programers, I believe it does what your trying to achive.

Am developing a application that uses Stateless Session Beans, want to know if there is a way to turn on logging within Jboss to trace the activity of the Beans?
Have read about log4j etc and how you can put statements into the code (The Developed Beans) to have log4j put the statements into defined files. I am thinking that Jboss must have some code that can be turned on to allow me to trace the activity of the loaded ejbs... Do not really want to add more code if jboss has done it already.
Would like peoples feed back on how the handled logging/audit trail within the session beans etc...
