This behavior is correct. In a task node the conditions are 'guards', they do not act like a decision. So if you say task.leave() it wil always try to take the default, first, transition. No matter what conditions you put on it. Since the variable does not have the right value it is not allowed to take this transition. So you either have to explicitly tell the tasknode what transition to take or have a tasknode with one transition to a decision node which has to transitions, each with a condition like you have now. Gents, I believe it also has something to do with Ajax2j because I find out when I switch over to use <rich:tabPanel> and <rich:tab>, everything is working fine. [JBoss Portal] - IPC issue

I have two portlets and they are defined in different projects, say PortletA and PortletB. PortletA window is defined on default.default and this is the event source. PortletB window is defined on default.PortletB and this is the one that has the listener. When i test the example it works fine, but now that I have separate portlets I'm not able to register the listener, I've tried with on PortletB-object.xml : | <deployment> | <parent-ref>default.default</parent-ref> | <if-exists>overwrite</if-exists> | <listener>zsemanticwiki_ipc_listener</listener> | </deployment> | But it doesn't work and i cannot define the listener on PortletA-object.xml because listener definition is on PortletB. [JBoss Messaging] - MDB With Ear Isolation

Hi Folks, I have an MDB deployed which reads off a queue happy as larry, what i need to do now is deploy a new version of this MDB that will run side by side on the same domain as the old one (listening to different queues obviously). When i first started everything up the new MDB was using the code in the old ear, grand, what i thought to do would be to turn on ear isolation on the domain. The steps i have taken are as follows:- First, edit the conf/jboss-service.xml file and set the NamingService CallByValue to true: Second, edit the deploy/ear-deployer.xml file and set the Isolated and CallByValue attributes to true: Last, edit the deploy/jbossweb-tomcat50.sar/META-INF/jboss-service.xml file and set the Java2ClassLoadingCompliance and UseJBossWebLoader attributes to false: depending on what way i package the mdb with this file added one of two things will happen 1) The Ear starts with no error, but the mdb.jar does not get deployed 2) I get the following error :-
