Yes your'e right. STATELESS @Factory means it will be called every time the name is referenced in the page. In this case returning the already instantiated class. And yes, the value change listener is invoked when the value is changed in the selectbox, enabling the @Factory method to reload with the new username. [JBoss Seam] - Non-SMPC

I have an application which uses SMPC, but I need to implement a process that runs in its own thread. I've looked into Timers but for a couple different reasons I'd prefer to use a different thread. Where can I find an example of both SMPC and Non-SMPC running in the same application? [JBoss jBPM] - Rules and BPM from the (nonprogrammer) analyst's POV

Hello, I am working with a developer who is building a web application using JBoss Rules and jBPM. I'm not a programmer at all -- I'm simply developing the spec and scope of work for my developer to work from. I haven't found a lot of information (manuals, tutorials, etc.) geared towards helping nonprogrammer analysts communicate their needs to the developer. For example, is there a flowchart symbology, or other schematic approach, for diagramming business processes and the rules that control them? Is there a GUI app that I can use to create, modify and implement work flows, rules and logic, once the programmer has built the infrastructure? Is there a category of Java commands that I might benefit from learning? If there are any JBoss Rules or jBPM developers watching, then what do you wish your customers did better when communicating their needs to you? Thanks. [JBoss Seam] - A simple security problem

Hi guys, I am having a simple example in my application. In my xhtml page, i use: to restrict certain parts of the page to be displayed to logged users. I did notice that the URL after user's login has changed to: http://blah.xxx.seam?cid=3 However, when i manually change the cid number, say for example, to 4 or 5 or 6, this page still display. Should it only be displayed to user who has the session of 3? cheers! [JBoss jBPM] - How to Modify Designer Jpdl

I download the source and I am trying to modify something, like a hello world. Fox example, I change in the constructor of the class TaskFormGenerationDialog, the line this.title = "Generate Task Form" for this.title = "Generate Task Form Test"; I run the "All" target and copy the generate files in Users/user/jbpm/repository/jbpm/designer/jpdl/3.0.13.1/jbpm-jpdl-designer/eclipse for my eclipse folder. But I started the eclipse and the changes are not avaiable. The process to implement jpdl is this ? I think that @SecurityDomain annotation can resolve this problem. You can declare it in your code or XML configuration file. Then, you edit login-config.xml inside xxx/server/conf. Hi ! I declared SecurityDomain in XML configuration file. But my problem is: If the stranger has my bean. And he can extract it, and see XML configuration file and know SecurityDomain (and he can edit file login-config.xml on machine). How way to set he can't deploy my bean on his machine ? Thanks !
