Hi, I noticed that if I put a \n in the text rendered by <s:formattedText /> it doen's put a so I have to put \n\n to have a new paragraph but this is not the formatting I want... is it a bug or a "feature"? Can I implement some extension by myslef to add to standards one? [JBoss Seam] - Re: s:graphicImage and images being shared by users!

Hi, We're developing a Seam application for a community (similar, in some aspects, to MySpace). The application renders lots of images using s:graphicImage, among them face photos of supporting members. The problem is that, sometimes, in the place of a face, appears another. I saw the posts above and I'm a bit worried now, because the site must be available by this month. We can't use JSF's h:graphicImage because of the way we store the images (in a remote file system). The only way we found to get them is by means of byte arrays, using s:graphicImage. Can you help us with a workaround for this? Thanks in advance. The JBoss version 4.2.1 is for the Application Server (AS) and version 2.4 stands for the JBoss Portal 2.4 which is correct since JBoss Portal 2.4 runs under JBoss Aplication Server 4.2.1. The latest version of JBoss portal is 2.6. I am having the same problem. I would like to develop portlets in my NetBeans 5.5 IDE nd there is an option in this IDE to register a JBoss Application Server. It is supposed that the download zip file contains both the JBoss portal and JBoss Aplication Server. Actually I can run the portal and everything goes fine, but in order to develop portlets I need to integrate this JBoss server into NetBeans 5.5. How can I register it into NetBeans. but when i point the 'browse' button to the installation directory of JBoss portal I got the same problems a mentioned in the post above; the 'next' button does not get enabled. Does nebeans search for a specific file extension?. Hi, I have to do some configuration for Java application At the moment I keep all classes in Client Module in Eclipse Enterprise Application project. I still have to be able to run application from my main method in choosen startup-class. I was not able to do so defining such in MANIFEST.MF file. Anybody knows how should I define my application entry point in an Application Client module? Yeah, I've wanted this too. Often I'll have a search/listing page with delete buttons on each row. But I want to do the delete action in a different backing bean than the search backing bean, which has the @DataModel. thanks Fernando, it works fine :) with relaod, it works, but would you please tell me how this works? as I understood, this @Factory will be called when at client-side an attribute of that name is referred (for example "tempUser") and "relaod" flag compels loading the user only when my combobox has been changed.
