The problem comes from JSF spec, not Seam. I'm hoping we can get this fixed for JSF 2.0. If you can post a simple reproduction of your problem to JIRA I can perhaps take a look. I take you've looked at the ui example. Perhaps try to reproduce your problem there, and compare what you are doing... [JBoss Messaging] - Consumer doesn't receive all messages.

We use in our production environment: jboss 4.2.2 + jboss-messaging 1.4SP2 + spring 2.0. When the jboss is freshly started all works fine, but after some time the asynchronous message consumers starts to receive not all messages. It is strange, that some messages get stuck in the queue and some are delivered. After restarting all messages are delivered. We don't use JMSTemplate for send/receive! Queues are local, not remote, not clustered. Any help or ideas would be appreciated! If further informations about environment or implementation details is needed, it will be provided. [JBoss Tools (users)] - Seam Validator: @Remove & @Destroy errors

Hi, I'm using JBoss Developer Studio (licensed). I've found some little bugs I would like to discuss before submitting to JIRA, to get your approval. Seam Validator has this problems: - It gives me false errors about Stateful component "mybean" must have a method marked @Destroy" and Stateful component "mybean" must have a method marked @Remove" The validor is partially right, as these class doesn't have these methods, but they are inherited: I think the validator should look also on annotations of superclasses. I had to disable this validation, but it looks very usefull. A second problem I have with the same validator is Duplicate @Remove method "methodname" even on standard beans (non-entity). The configuration panel for the validator has a section to control this, but looks to be only for entities. This is not an entity, still I can disable it there as a workaround. Even for this one, it is very nice to have this validation and it's a pity I have to disable them. I didn't know I couldn't have multiple @Remove on an entity, is that true? Should I submit these two problems to JIRA? I would love to submit my own fix, but need some expert to coach and supervise me. I don't think you can forcefully end another users session. You probably have to flag/signal the termination in some application scoped component and then have the client poll that place and have the client self-destruct... Shefali, Maybe you did not register the ticket service in the service catalog. To check this, point your browser to http://localhost:8080/jbpm-bpel/partners.jsp and make sure the ticket service is listed there. If you do not see it, you can register it using the form that also appears in that page. You can also use Ant to register partner services. Look for target register.partners in the build file of the atm example. <target name="register.partners" | depends="define.register.task" | description="register partner services"> | <registerpartner baselocation="http://localhost:8080/ticket/ticketIssuer?wsdl" /> | <registerpartner baselocation="http://localhost:8080/account/accountSystem?wsdl" /> | </target> Here, the baselocation attribute specifies the absolute location of the WSDL document that describes the partner service. You may want to define this target in your own build file so that partner registration occurs automatically.
