I tried your test with the 3.2.3 jar from the distribution on sf (not the suite). It runs fine then. If you search the forum, web with cvs, jbpm etc... you would have found that cvs is 'dead' and svn is alive. I know it should have been documented somewhere but it is not (yet).. [JBoss Portal] - Initial database creation in JBoss Portal

Hi, I am new to JBoss portal. I have a query regarding database creation. After starting JBoss portal, I deleted the Weather portlet using portal console .But when I restarted the server again, I am able to see the weather portlet. So, can anyone please let me know how the initial database will be created in portal at server startup,which files or properties it uses to create this weather portlet again? [JCA/JBoss] - Quartz JCA

In my current project, I will use quartz together with EJB 3.0. In the project, I will get the scheduler handler, then add or remove trigger in the business logic. As far as I see, there are several ways: 1. Initialize quartz in web configure web.xml 2. Use MBean service provided in quartz package on JBoss server. 3. Jboss quartz JCA Message-Inflow resource adapter. I've tested the first two options, and they works. But I do not know whether option 3 is possible to get the handler of quartz scheduler, as in the docs says :"Jobs are created from deployed MDBs from information in the MDB's activation config spec." My question is except annotations and configuration files, can I also get scheduler instance of quartz with the help of Jboss quartz JCA Message-Inflow resource adapter? Thanks a lot in advance. Thanks Andrew. That was the issue! So I have couple of follow up questions: 1) Is this JNDI name (helloworldejb3-app-1.0/HelloWorldBean/remote) implementation specific? Is there any way to give it a more user friendly JNDI name, such as "HelloWorld"? 2) Is there a nicer way to get a reference to the EJB in the client? As you can see, I am explicitly creating a context and using it to look us the bean. Can @EJB or @Resource annotations be used on the remote client to lookup the EJB or the Context? Thanks.
