[Beginners Corner] - What happens to BPM when servers crash

Hi Guys, Yes i am very new, I am starting to build a small site and would like to use jBMP for managing processes. I am wondering what happens to the running instances of a process when the server is suddenly bounced (i.e. power cut). During the early days I will not have redundancy or UPS. I was wondering if the existing instances are lost or if they are stored somewhere and will continue once restarted? [EJB/JBoss] - EJB CurrentSize is bigger than MaxSize

Hi, I have an application running under JBoss 4.2GA. Looking in the JMX console at one of the deployed EJB, I see that the CurrentSize(62) > AvailableCount(30) and also that CurrentSize(62) > MaxSize(30) How is it possible? I guess that I don't understand the meaning of these fields. Also, can it cause OutOfMemory Exceptions? Can anyone help? There was the JEMS installer which was meant to allow the user create a configuration of his choice. But based on what i have seen in these forums, the JEMS installer has bugs and its recommended that you use the "copy" approach to create a new config.
