in jboss5.0GA/lib folder I have copied dom4j.jar jaxen.jar jdom.jar namespace.jar webdavlib.;jar xercesImpl.jar xml-apis.jar in Jboss5.0GA/client folder :- axis-ws4ee.jar commons-discovery.jar gnu-regexp.jar jboss-jaas.jar jboss-net-client.jar jboss-net-client.jar jcert.jar jmx-connector-client-factor.jar jmx-ejb-connector-client.jar jmx-rmi-connector-client.jar jnet.jar jsse.jar namespace.jar xdoclet-module-jboss-net.jar I am a naive in Jboss and I go through the release notes of Jboss5.0 but is there any other doc related to jboss5.0GA from where I can get more technical details ? [JBoss Messaging] - int type is unsuitable : MessageCounter.getCount()

Hi JBoss Team! I'm running JBoss Messaging with JBM statistics via JMX. Major monitoring points are total message count since startup and getting current message count. http://www.javapattern.info/attach/1/1128702652.jpg Our transaction volume is over 5 millions message per day, however getCount() and getMessageCount() are int type. I think int type is not enough for current suitation. Could you change this? More details please, like the exception stacktrace. You mention that you are using the datasource in hibernate.cfg.xml, which i believe is on the server side (the same server where datasource is present). [JNDI/Naming/Network] - Server JVM, Client JVM, JNDI & Workaround

Hello, I'm running an .ear-Application on JBoss 4.2.2 containing jBPM. The Swing-Client running on the client machine works fine when connecting to the application server with the .ear-Application which uses a datasource in the java:-namespace. However, if I start a certain part of the application which uses jBPM/Hibernate I get an error: org.hibernate.HibernateException: Could not find datasource, Caused by: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: No object bound for java:InformixDS I think it's because I'm using the datasource in hibernate.cfg.xml. But I want to use the datasource, which works in the rest of the application. It works fine as long as I use not the datasource and put in the database-parameters directly in hibernate.cfg.xml. As I read in the forum and internet, it's probably because of a local (client) and server JVM. So what can I do as a workaround/solution (use-java-context is no solution for me).
