[Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - jboss from Eclipse

Hello.
I am having problems to configure and run jboss from Eclipse.
>From command line I have no problem. It starts correctly and yet deploys properly.
But from Eclipse I get the following error. Any idea? Thank you so much in advance!!
