Issue was resolved. I downloaded jbpm-jpdl-designer-3.1.7.zip, unzipped it and installed the designer via Help=>Software Updates =>Add/Remove software by pointing to the unzipper directory. Hi, probably you will have to catch the exceptions which are thrown when calling "entityManager.persist(...)", and in some inner exception you should find the hibernate exceptions and perform the appropriate handling. I have developed a portal in which I have given a link to download pdf/excel file. But it seems the portal is supporting only text/html mime type. Is there any way I can push the pdf/excel file from server to the browser as attachment. The mappings and classes together with the hibernate-service.xml will be packaged into a HAR-File in the deploy-archiv of jboss. But for the JNDI-binding i need a hibernate configuration file. In the Book "JBoss in Action" this file is called XX-hibernate.xml. Hibernate is calling this file hibernate.cfg.xml or hibernate.properties. I think, this should be placed in the jboss-deploy-archiv. But i dont know where? Has someone an idea? Thanks for helping! kind regards.
