[JBoss jBPM] - Re: Get tasks by a user's group

OK it is getting strange (for me). I've set up a simple, new jBPM Project in Eclipse. Also, I've defined and deployed a simple Process, which calls some Java Method using an event. This method basically does exactly what my application should - and it works! The strange thing is, that I do NOT get the error in my application after the test-process ran. If I fire up my JBoss and try my application -> still error. So I suppose I've got some hibernate or context problem. Does that ring any bell? I suppose it must be a stupid error - but I am unable to find it and will go home after over 14 hours of work now :( Best, D. Thanks. I suspected that. Is there any difference between the two? I was told the enterprise edition is harder to configure, though I cannot be sure that's true. No, community version is not supported. You have to go with the enterprise edition to get support. When this happens again you need to take a thread dump, I recommend 3 or 4 spaced a few seconds apart. Examining the running threads should tell you where in the code the issue is. When you say that memory usage goes from 250MB to 1024MB, what tool are you using to determine this? As I said, the path value must be the full path to the log file directory, specifying "/logfiles" assumes that the directory is at root of the file system. I think what are looking for are the SQL statements used by Hibernate. We upgraded from 4.0.5.GA to 5. As a point of note, I was able to modify two files, deploy/ejb3-connectors-jboss-beans.xml and deploy/messaging/remoting-bisocket-service.xml In these files are references to ${jboss.bind.address} If these are replaced with another property (or hard-coded), then you remoting appears to work (at least for me). There are several other files in the deploy directory that reference the jboss.bind.address, and they may need to be configured if other portions of the J2EE specification need to be used. We are using JMS (topics), and EJB3 beans (stateless session, and POJO EJBs with hibernate to a MySQL DB). In my case, since I was already setting a system property "java.rmi.server.hostname" with the desired IP address, I used this, rather than hard-coding an IP address. I had found another document, http://www.jboss.org/community/docs/DOC-10733 that discusses the use of the -Djboss.bind.address. Unfortunately, I could not get remoting and local to work simultaneously in any configuration, almost as if the variable gets overwritten at some point internally. The good news is that these two modifications do not appear to break anything else. If someone wiser regarding the internals of JBoss could comment, it would be appreciated. Otherwise, we will go with these changes, for now. Thanks for the help! That config is for JBossMQ (not JBossMessaging), and this forum is about JBossMessaging. Anyway, before posting your question to JBossMQ, refer to JBossMQ user's manual.
