I've been making a lot of progress, and I'm finally able to log in using DatabaseServerLoginModule with clear text passwords in my DB. So thanks for all the help so far. Ideally, I'd like to configure the module to use encrypted passwords though. I'm using AES encryption in my database and have a secret key to encrypt/decrypt them. Is there a way to do this? I see in the docs at http://www.jboss.org/community/wiki/DatabaseServerLoginModule that you can specify a hashAlgorithm and hashEncoding, but I don't see anything about how to apply your secret key. Am I missing something? Wouldn't I have to configure it to use my secret key in order to hash the password correctly? Yes, I have done a search and read that article. But that article is for jBPM3. Not jBPM4. The class "org.jbpm.JbpmConfiguration" does not even exist in jBPM4. Any other ideas on how to get jBPM4 JobExecutor to start up in a Spring environment? I have tried the Servlet method but the JobExecutor is unable to find the transaction manager when started in this way. If with 'interrupt' you mean do something on the transition, I'm not sure anymore for jBPM 4. In 3 you could but few people used it afaik. Eventlisteners can do whatever you want them to do but *only* on business process events. Not while filling out a form and putting a specific value in a formfield. That is more seam pageflow like of jsf/ajax with backingbeans (your java class). Sure you could put generic eventlisteners in jbpm and while filling out a formfield send a specific event that does things etc,, but it really complicates things. Since I have to little detail on what your complete application needs to do it its hard to say yes or no, and even if it is crucial/important for others to know. The latter simply because jBPM 4 did not change that much from jbpm 3 in this regard and we never had this question before. Again, don't try to put *everything* in the processdefinition. I am getting the same error. I am guessing it's a library issue but I have not been able to resolve it even after replacing libraries. Anyone have any ideas what the correct combination of libraries are for Hibernate 3.3.1 to work. I am using. [Beginner's Corner] - Re: Uploading dtd files in JBoss

The only solution that occurs to me is to upload the dtd files in the ROOT folder and add a namespace pointing to the folder. The impression that I have is that the resolver is a new development in JBoss so we may have to wait for a more detailed documentation. Nevertheless, it seems that it wil be quite useful. I have tried installing the nightly build for JBoss Tools and latest dev build for m2eclipse. But it does not create a parent project, so it fails because it can't find most of the dependencies... :S Any help? Thanks!
