I don't find anything about someone who have the same problem so I suppose it is my conf that failed but I don't find the cause. I join the complete log with all hibernate requests. Is it normal that there is as many requests done? Thanks for any idea. I need to define a custom service task with an input parameter whose list of available values is loaded from db (or some other external source). Then I would like to display it in jbpm web designer as a drop-down - so the user could just pick the right value. There is a EnumDataType but it seems that it's a simple wrapper for static Java enumerations with fixed value list. Should I use ObjectDataType with className java.util.Map<String, Object> (or simply 'java.util.Map') instead ? Or maybe a custom-defined data type would be necessary ? How to add a custom editor to view it as a drop-down list in jBPM web designer ? I read {thread:id=731208}this discussion{thread} about adding custom editors to web designer and since version 2.2 is out i presume this extensibility is now a standard feature ? How to add such custom editor ? This works by ManagementFactory.getOperatingSystemMXBean(); However this method returns OperatingSystemMXBean which has limited functionality comparing to UnixOperatingSystemMXBean. So, when on Unix, I'm trying to load the class directly, and call its methods on the returned objects, like this (simplified): OperatingSystemMXBean mxBean = ManagementFactory.getOperatingSystemMXBean(); Class clazz = Class.forName("com.sun.management.UnixOperatingSystemMXBean"); long openFiles = clazz.getMethod("getOpenFileDescriptorCount").invoke(mxBean); This works in tomcat and other containers as well as in a standalone java application. However, it produces a ClassNotFound Exception in JBoss. I assue this is because UnixOperatingSystemMXBean is in customiz sun packages. The problem is basically I have configured, a data source in standalone.xml <datasource jndi-name="java:jboss/jdbc/ejb/testconn" pool-name="test-cluster-Pool" enabled="true" use-java-context="true"> <connection-url>jdbc:sqlserver://127.0.0.1:1433;databaseName=testdb;</connection-url> <driver>sqlserver-jdbc</driver> <pool> <min-pool-size>10</min-pool-size> <max-pool-size>100</max-pool-size> <prefill>true</prefill> </pool> <security> <user-name>sa</user-name> <password>sa</password> </security> <statement> <prepared-statement-cache-size>32</prepared-statement-cache-size> <share-prepared-statements>true</share-prepared-statements> </statement> </datasource> This is the configuration of the driver, I have installed the same as a module: <drivers> <driver name="h2" module="com.h2database.h2"> <xa-datasource-class>org.h2.jdbcx.JdbcDataSource</xa-datasource-class> </driver> <driver name="sqlserver-jdbc" module="com.himanshu.jdbc"> <datasource-class>com.himanshu.jdbcdriver.datasource.DataSource</datasource-class> </driver> </drivers> com.himanshu.jdbcdriver.datasource.DataSource class basically extends com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDataSource: But when I run a test, I can conclude that its not using the datasource-class that I have mentioned. Because for the two method, @Override public Connection getConnection() throws SQLServerException { System.out.println("TRYING TO GET CONNECTION"); return null; } @Override public Connection getConnection(String arg0, String arg1) throws SQLServerException { System.out.println("TRYING TO GET CONNECTION"); return null; } h3. The reason for this is because my service will be deployed to multiple environments, some of which will require the header while others will not. Is it possible to use Java annotations to mark a soap method's header parameter as optional? If not, can it be accomplished via WSDL modification?
