OK. That's probably it. I have a very large workspace with SVN (so, wonder if this searching includes the .svn directories too?). I don't use the deployment features of JBossIDE - I just use it to start and stop a JBossAS instance. If, in the short term, you can figure out a way to code up a "disable" mechanism that people can elect to use, that would be good (for me anyway).
