I'm not sure what you mean by your post. Adrian and people who reply to posts are treated like encyclopedias and search engines, and rarely do posters do any research on their own. In the 4-5 years I've participated in JBoss and the forums, I don't think the forum has gotten any more "human" -- users largely don't give back, they aren't helpful, and they aren't grateful.
