I directly upload the resources to guvner using eclipse - guvner -> add feature. Currently I moved to web based designer since this was not working. There I see that the pattern for ftl file name is <humant_task_name>-taskform.ftl (But how tutorials or documentation user guide showed was <human_task_name>.ftl).
