Just wanted to add a comment :
The reason I need a special LoadBalancePolicy is because we are using several
DataCenters.
So, for performance reason, we should always try to connect firstly to a server on the
local Datacenter.
After that, my loadBalancePolicy behaves likes a RandomRobin.
