There is no deployer.jar for 4.0.x or 4.2.x (and I don't recall one in 3.2.x).
Other than copying a file to the deploy directory, you could invoke the deploy method on
the MainDeployer mbean. The only caveat is that the deployment is temporary - when you
restart the server you will have to redeploy the application.
