JBossAS uses log4j for logging. The configuration file is at
server/xxx/conf/jboss-log4j.xml. That should answer #1 and #3.
For #2, you have to supply a category tag, but you first need to know which package deals
with that data and then you have to hope that logging was placed in those classes.
