I couldn't find 3.0.11 but because the tutorial used 3.1 I'd downloaded that one
to test.
I seem to have the same problem also with 3.1.
I've made the easiest process: start-state-end, tried to add an action to the
start-state transition.
After selecting the MessageActionHandler class and clicking OK I got the pop-up again....
