Are you sure that the install guide did not mean to create an empty jasperserver directory
and then place jasperserver.war into it? All files in the jasperserver directory must have
extensions that are valid application extensions (WAR, EAR, SAR, *-ds.xml, *-service.xml,
etc.), or you will get the error you got.
