[jboss-user] [Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - Problems connecting to Jboss

Hi, for some unknown reason, when i start Jboss, if i type http://localhost:8080 you get the jboss menu up, yet if i attempt to do this from another computer substuting localhost for its ip (192.168.1.3) it doesnt work, i thought it may have been cause i had made mild changes (configured it to work in ssl) so i redownloaded the latest stable version again and no luck, i have no firewalls running, well i switched them off to see if it was a firewall issue but its not, though i installed XP SP3 only last week.
