The error you posted was:
Missing required file: /usr/jboss/jboss-4.2.1.GA-SRC/bin/run.jar
This file exists in the binary download, at the location specified. Well, actually it
would be at /usr/jboss/jboss-4.2.1.GA/bin/run.jar if you unzipped into the same location.
What are the files in the bin directory?
