That is the complete console output: Error in .EXE Datei No more. It seems to be broken. Maybe it is missing some kind of runtime environment like Visual Studio 200X to work. I tried it on several PCs, with several download attempts - the same result everywhere. Currently I am installing another test system. Maybe I can find out more details.
