Sorry I can't give you a more complete answer as this isn't really a clustering question, but suggest you have a look in the uuid-key-generator.sar/META-INF/jboss-service.xml -- that's the service that's failing and maybe you'll see something there that will get you on the right path. The EJB 2.x user forums may be a better place to look for help, as I believe this service is mostly used there.
