ok, that helped. It is a little bit surprising that the view-id in pages.xml seems to be not the usual JSF view id but the path to the resource that defines the view. In the page-flow definition you have to use the JSF-Id and in the debug page also the JSF-ids are displayed. Maybe it is a good idea to change the name of the attribute "view-id".
