I have to ask: did you first compile it?
It looks like you are trying to run it from the source directory where run.sh is located.
Don't do that. After compiling, there should be a
jboss-src-basedir/build/output/jboss-xxx/bin directory (where xxx is the version number).
cd into that directory and run run.sh.
