[jboss-user] [Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - Upgradation from 3.2.3 to latest one

Hello All, I have one web application which is running in linux and jboss server is 3.2.3.Basically the application is on the jsp,servlets and java beans only. What are the benefits if i want to deploy my application on the latest jboss application server. Will the access time and response time will reduce if i use the latest stable version.
