Hi jimpo,

I have the same problem with my own implementation of LogFactory. I am using 4.2.1GA too.
With 4.0.2 everything works fine.

I also have tried whyt you mentioned before, but it do not work.

Sometimes I think about switching to another appserver.

I hope there is a solution for this.
