mvn package outside of Eclipse does the job perfect. The ear content is the same that on the download site. If I deploy the result ear to JBoss AS manually, it just work. So, the problem is inside the Eclipse. The scenario is the same that posted at the beginning of this thread. To avoid a correlation with the previous attempts, I remove the project and retake it from the svn each time.
