There should be no problem with FORM authentication; our unit tests of Clustered SSO use FORM authentication. In your original post there was a piece that didn't come through where you showed what you did to activate ClusteredSingleSignOn. Please repost that bit, and use the [Code] button above the form to surround the XML; that will let the XML come through.
