Something on that dependency list is trying to connect to " No repository found at http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/JBossTools-4.0.0.Alpha1b.core/ http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/JBossTools-4.0.0.Alpha1b.cor... which is causing the issue.
