I don't understand why what I suggested is a hassle. The download page where you get
the binary zip file also has a source tar.gz file. Download and unpack the tar.gz, go to
the build directory and type build. About 5 minutes later (depending on your
computer's speed), you have a fully functional binary located at build/output.
