I found solution. The JndiLoginInitialContextFactory in JBoss 3.2.7 exists but it is
located in jbosssx.jar in JBOSS_HOME\server\default\lib\. In JBoss 4.0.4 is everything
packed into jboss-allclient.jar. This library also exists in JBoss 3.2.7 but classes of
jbosss.jar are missing.
