Sure, but at the moment, each EJB3 component has its own source artifact:
http://repository.jboss.org/maven2/org/jboss/ejb3/
At time of this writing, each component is at 1.0.0. This is subject to change. :)
Short answer: all sources are available, but there's no composite JAR with all of
'em in one artifact.
