I suggest you to download Quartz from the source (opensymphony), there you find the .jar
file with the classes needed for using it in an enterprise application. You'll find
also the -service.xml needed to deploy it to jboss.
In the link below (JBoss tutorials) you'll find a tutorial about using Quartz with
jboss.
