[jboss-user] [jBPM] - Problems working through v5.0 userguide

I am trying to work through the v5.0 user guide located at: http://docs.jboss.org/jbpm/v5.0/userguide/ch02.html http://docs.jboss.org/jbpm/v5.0/userguide/ch02.html the jbpm-console breaks despite me following the previous steps successfully, ant installation and Eclipse stuff all works.  When I try to list processes though, there is nothing there and it dumps a stacktrace.  My colleague at work had the same thing happen in an independent trial a couple of weeks ago. Any ideas ?
