[jboss-user] [JBoss Messaging] - JBoss Messaging Performance

Hello everyone, I was comparing different JMS implementation and so I was also comparing MQ, Messaging 1.0.1SP2 and Messaging 1.2Beta2. The performance difference from MQ to Messaging 1.0.1SP2 was amazing (factor 10) but one of the critical factors for me are high availability features. I read that these features will be available in the 1.2 release. But in the Beta 2 the performance was as slow as with the MQ implementation. I found this thread in the board http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=97376 where timfox mentioned that the codebase is unoptimised. So my question is how fast will be the final release of the JBoss Messaging 1.2 ?
