your hibernate.cfg.xml needs to have all the mappings for jbpm.
Look inside the jbpm-3.1.2\src\config.files directory, that hibernate.cfg.xml needs to be
referenced by jBPM. ALl the mappings defined in that cfg.xml need to be in your system.
The jBPM JAR should have that file already inside of it, I believe.
