Hi,
I think binding a JSF-component does not work with conversation scoped seam-components.
You can either inject the UI-component by its id or bind the JSF-component to an event
scoped bean and inject this one in your conversation scoped bean.
Take a look at the seam-documentation.. this is mentioned there.
