Configure Hibernate to use JBC as the 2nd level cache -- see http://www.hibernate.org/hib_docs/v3/reference/en/html/performance.html#p... The configuration file for JBoss Cache needs to be named treecache-service.xml and needs to be on the classpath visible to Hibernate. Hibernate will find it and instantiate a cache using that configuration. All caches that are started with the same config on the same network will see each other and form a cluster.
