1) @Prepare("all(this))") on the classes you want to be prepared. Alternativey
use -aop.xml.
2 + 3) The AspectManager.instance(ClassLoader) method only really was intended for the
scoped classloaders in AS, not for standalone applications. But what you suggest might
work. Try it out, and please get back to us with any problems.
