Several ways: 1) In the Management Portlet (accessible after you log in as 'admin') you can change the theme for the portal. Everyone sees the new theme. 2) Each user can change the theme on the user preferences page. The change applies only to that user. 3) If you define a portal using *-object.xml, you can specify the theme for that portal. Each portal can have its own theme. 4) You can change the theme of the default portal by editing the file jboss-portal.sar/conf/data/default-object.xml (you should do this before bringing up the portal for the first time) There are probably other ways as well.
