You need jbossall-client.jar and jnpserver.jar in the classpath.
The jndi.properties should contain:
java.naming.provider.url=localhost:1099
java.naming.factory.initial=org.jnp.interfaces.NamingContextFactory
java.naming.factory.url.pkgs=org.jboss.naming
