Hi Gavin, Thank you very much for your quick help. My situation is typical, I think. For example, when a user checks out an order, but before he place the order, he doesn't want the order, but he also didn't click cancel button. He continues to view products just clicking product categories. After he views other products, he place a new order. At this situation, I want to let system automatically end the previous conversation, in order to let user begin a new conversation. But I don't know how to handle this situation. Thank you.
