In earlier versions (till JBoss-4.2.x and i guess even JBoss-5 Beta), only changes to
*top-level* xml files (application.xml for EAR) triggered a redeploy. Even the wiki

mentions touching the top level xml file.
So going forward (starting CR1) even nested deployment configuration files, will be
watched for changes?
