[jboss-user] [Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - can not start jboss-4.2.2.GA Successfully

after i unzip the source and set enviromnets variables JAVA_HOME:C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.5.0_10 then, when try to start JBoss i get this error U:\>"D:\application servers\jboss-4.2.2.GA\jboss-4.2.2.GA\bin\run.bat" 'findstr' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. can anyone help me.
