Whats the transaction error? Is it a transaction timeout? The transaction timeout value for EJBs is set in the jboss-service.xml file present in %JBOSS_HOME%/server/default/conf folder: <mbean code="org.jboss.tm.TransactionManagerService" | name="jboss:service=TransactionManager" | xmbean-dd="resource:xmdesc/TransactionManagerService-xmbean.xml"> | <attribute name="TransactionTimeout">300</attribute> | | <depends optional-attribute-name="XidFactory">jboss:service=XidFactory</depends> | </mbean> By default the transaction timeout value is 5 minutes(300 seconds).
