Actually Jboss-net.sar is a service archive file which has mentioned in jboss-build.xml file. Jboss-net.sar includes jsp, servlet and axis services which is required while compiling the Duke Bank application. Path of the jboss-net.sar file: located in all/deploy/, default/deploy. So, i would suggest you please check the existance of this file at the above explained path. If not existing then dowload the lower version and get the jboss-net.sar file and drop it in deploy folder.
