I'm sorry but I have no further ideas.
You could try to reinstall the JBoss, maybe something went broken.
How did you install it ?
Do you start it from console (run.bat) or from inside JBossIDE ? If you did the latter:
try to start it from console and copy your app directly to the deploy dir.
